How do I create a business account?
If you do not yet have a business user account, you can create one by clicking this link or you can go on any page of our platform and click Become a Host button located at the top-right corner. Creating a business user account on ARHF is free and gives you the ability to add your business profile.
* It is very important to use a valid e-mail addres because the communication between you and our system administrators as well as all online reservations made by guests will be sent automatically by the system to this address.
How do I create a user account?
If you do not yet have a user account, you can create one by clicking this link or you can go on any page of our platform and click Sign Up. Creating a user account is free and gives you the ability to quickly make online reservations and the access to an administrator account to manage your reservations easier.
* It is very important to use a valid e-mail addres because the communication between you and our system administrators as well as your online reservations will be sent automatically by the system to this address.
How do I add availability and prices?
To add price and availability, first you need to be logged in as an account administrator. In - My Profile - section you can find your control panel for your business profile. On the right side of each property is located the Pricing and Availability button. By clicking this button, you will be directed to a calendar which controls your property prices and availability. If you have added more than one type of accommodations (eg: hotel that contains - single room type, double room type etc.), those will be listed separately and the calendar can be accessed by clicking on each one.
The calendar consists of 4 sections:
- the top part displays the current month to have a visual reference of the date
- section - Status - represents the state of the accommodation.
- section - Availability - represents the number of units available (eg: 5 doubles)
- section - Price- represents the price per available unit per night
* Each of the calendar page contain a detailed guide that will walk you trough the process of adding the price and availability.
* It is important to note that without adding the price and availability, your property will not be visible in searches because the guests are entering fixed dates when they intend to look for a place to spend their holiday.
